NHS Commercialisation

The privatisation and commercialisation of the NHS has already started to divide the service, waste precious public money and undermine safety. Not surprisingly, over three quarters of the public do not feel that increasing private provision will improve the NHS, while 8 out of 10 doctors are against NHS privatisation.

And yet the new government will not only continue this damaging process, but are commited to extending it - posing a real threat to the very existence of the NHS.
