What kind of NHS do you want?...
A health service that provides comprehensive healthcare, makes it available to all when we need it and is free at the point of use? Sixty years on from when the NHS began this is possible and should be our aim.
The NHS works best through cooperation, rather than in financial competition which wastes public money.
It should be based on and work around our health needs, not those of commercial interests.
And it should be accountable to the people that fund and support it.
This is the sort of NHS we want to promote and protect. Please support us.

What does your support help us to do?
Investigate the problems patients are having in accessing care e.g. older and disabled patients who need long term care.
Communicate the evidence to the media, MPs and the public e.g. we have lobbied successfuly for a Parliamentary report on long term care and have contributed to this investigation.
Involve local people in campaigning for an NHS that meets their health needs and is accountable to them.
