Legislation in the 2008-09 session:
Health Bill received Royal Assent on 12 November 2009.
Autism Bill (private member's bill) received Royal Assent on 12 November 2009.
Disabled Persons (Independent Living) Bill (House of Lords private member's bill) dropped by its sponsor, Roger Berry.
Palliative Care Bill (private member's bill) The Bill was debated at Second Reading on 24 April. The House of Commons voted against the Bill being sent to a Public Bill Committee. No future business on this Bill in the current Session.
Safety Of Medicines (Evaluation) Bill (private member's bill) dropped by its sponsor, Dr Ian Gibson.
